Together with four classmates, I carried out an expert review of Holm’s website, mapped key customer journeys, and developed design recommendations to lower bounce rates and turn more visitors into customers.



I worked with another UX designer, to plan and conduct user interviews, testing, product concept and design. I was also responsible for the pitch deck to the stakeholders and took part in the presentation. I designed the final UI screens presented in this case study.
