My focus is on making every interaction feel effortless: improving how users discover content, interact with video, and stay immersed without friction.

I helped modernize the streaming and news experiences across TV4 Play and TV4.se, shaping how over 5 million monthly viewers consume content daily.
I collaborated with data, ad-tech, and product teams to transform complex viewer insights into clear, scalable design principles.
I helped launched 3 MVPs, onboarded 3,000+ beta users, and validated strong retention signals across 3 markets.
TV4’s digital newsroom delivers thousands of daily stories, from breaking news to entertainment. But the old reading experience made it difficult for users to explore related content or read comfortably without distractions.
I led the redesign of the article and discovery experience, focusing on how readers find, follow, and stay engaged with stories. This meant addressing:

The redesign led to measurable increases in scroll depth, session duration, and cross-article engagement, while drastically reducing complaints about intrusive ads or video playback. Readers now describe the experience as “calm,” “clear,” and “easy to explore.”
As Sweden’s most-used broadcaster platform, TV4 Play needed a player that adapted to modern viewing habits, binge-watching, multitasking, and mobile use. The old player was rigid and often broke flow at key moments.
I co-led the design direction for the player UX across web, mobile, and smart TV platforms, from playback controls to recommendations and accessibility.
